What is the warranty?

The original warranty for Horizon is 1 year. If you buy it between April 1st and June 30th, 2024, we will give the bike another 1-year warranty (2 years warranty in total). Besides, you can purchase the extended warranty service at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase.

How to buy an Extend warranty for my e-bike?

For orders on Heybike official website, you can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty need corresponding payment. You can also contact our customer service team for more details.

What is a full-suspension electric bike?

A full suspension ebike has a front suspension in the fork as well as a rear suspension (also known as a horst-link suspension), whereas hardtail ebikes only have a front suspension fork. Full suspension ebikes are better suited to rough, technical, and often steep downhill terrains by improving comfort, traction, and control, thus creating a more enjoyable riding experience.

Does full suspension make a difference?

You’ll benefit from a full suspension ebike if you:

1. Intend to ride technical terrain: extra suspension improves how easily the bike can move over rougher trails and singletrack. They’re more forgiving of rider errors when it comes to choosing lines compared to a hardtail bike.
2. Want a more comfortable bike: as mentioned above, a full suspension bike gives much more comfort thanks to the rear suspension. If the riding you’ll do isn’t so technical and you want more comfort, you’ll be right by choosing a full suspension ebike.
3. Need to be faster in speed: full suspension bikes absorb the lumps and bumps on the roads better than a hardtail bike, allowing you to ride faster through technical sections of the trail.

Does my height/weight suit Horizon?

The recommended rider height for Horizon is 5'5" ~ 6'3"; The total payload capacity of Horizon is 330 lbs (not including the bike weight).

Can I transport Horizon in a car trunk?

Horizon can be folded and stored in a car trunk. Its folded dimensions are 49.2"*23.6"*31.5 inch, and its unfolded dimensions are 75.6"*24.4"*46.5 inch.

How to adjust each PAS level speed on the ebike?

1. You can adjust the PAS speed with Horizon display.
2. Horizon supports App control. You can adjust the PAS level speed in the App. Find the setting button in the App and choose "personalize". Then you will find the speed settings.

How to reset the display screen?

1. You can directly reset the screen on Horizon display.
2. Horizon supports App control. You can reset the display screen in the App. Find the setting button in the App and choose "personalize". Then in the other settings, you will find backlight setting, personalization setting, trip distance resetting, and factory restoration setting.

Is my Horizon pre-assembled?

The Horizon is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, rear rack, saddle, pedals, and front light. You can download the Horizon user manual or look at the assembly video for help.

What is included in the Horizon package?

Horizon comes equipped with a kickstand, a rear rack, and a fender. And there are screws to install the rack and fender. They are all included in the bike package and sent together.
